2020 Aspiring Scientists Summer Internship Program Application

Applications must be submitted by Sunday, February 9, 2020, at 11:59 pm.

Applications are open from 4:30 pm Wed., Feb 12th through 8 am Thursday, Feb. 13th  ONLY so that students we have already contacted whose fee payment did not go through may make their payments.  We will not take any new applications.

Please note, it is not possible to save information into this form and return at a later time to finish the application. It's best to complete the application questions off-line and then copy your answers from into the application web form.

A $25 application fee is required to successfully submit and process your application.  The application fee can be waived for low-income applicants by prior request at  cosassip@gmu.edu. Low income students are those whose familiy income does not exceed 200% of the federal poverty guideline. All such requests are confidential.

If you have additional items (honors, awards) to wish to include after you have already applied, you must complete another entire application; however, the second time submission and processing fee is only $10.

Clicking on the SUBMIT button will take you to the secure Marketplace "store" where you may pay the fee. If you have financial need for the fee waiver, follow the directions on the Marketplace website.  Your order receipt will be sent to the email you entered on Marketplace and is confirmation of submitting your application.  You will not receive a separate submission confirmation from ASSIP.
